This art therapy class uses traditional Chinese Kung fu with a ancient and holistic mind, body, spirit strategy.  Children engage in cooperative drills, bag work, choreographed forms and stretching. They move through a six month curriculum attending 45 minute classes twice weekly. About every 2 months or so they have the opportunity to exhibit their acquired skills to gain entry to the next level of the curriculum with a new belt assignment. Their self-esteem will be palatable and exhibit itself through many other facets of their daily lives.
